The village of Wierzbie, district of Drugnia.

This happened in the city of Chmielnik on the fifteenth / twenty seventh of February in the year one thousand eight hundred ninety three at twelve o'clock noon. Ejnoch Elja Zmidek appeared, a day laborer, thirty three years old, residing in the village of Wierzbie, in the presence of witnesses Berek Pachoł, a synagogue attendant, thirty seven years old and Icek Blugrind, a merchant, fifty one years old, both residing in the city of Chmielnik; and he presented to us a male child, stating that he was born in the village of Wierzbie on the fifth (seventeenth) of July in the year one thousand eight hundred eighty four at eight o'clock in the morning, to his lawful wife Chana née Goldfarb, thirty two years old.

At the circumcision this child was given the name Kiwa. This record was read to the declarant and witnesses and it was signed by us and the parties present.

This happened in the city of Chmielnik on the twenty seventh of January (ninth of February) in the year one thousand nine hundred four at seven o'clock in the evening.

We announce that, in the presence of witnesses Berek Pachoł, a synagogue attendant, and Fiszel Dziura, a merchant, each of them forty eight years old and residing in the city of Chmielnik; on this day a religious marriage was contracted between Kiwa Zmidek, a bachelor, twenty years old, son of Ejnoch Elja and Chana née Goldfarb, he resides in the village of Pierzchnica in the district of Drugnia; and between Małka Wajnberg, a maiden, twenty four years old, daughter of Lejbus and Chaja Bajla née Goldfarb, she resides in the city of Chmielnik .

This marriage was preceded by three readings of the banns issued in the local Synagogue on the third, the tenth and the seventeenth of January in the current year.

The newlyweds declared that they have made no prenuptial agreement. Consent to enter into marriage was given by the parents orally.

The religious marriage was performed by the performing the duties of the Rabbi Abram Icek Silman. This record, after it was read, was signed by us
