World War 1

Sidney Littman joined the SPTS/1647, 23rd Battalion, Royal Fusiliers also known as the First Sportman´s .

Invitation in the THE TIMES Newspaper September 25th 1914 to enlist
He shipped out to France for active duty on the 16th November 1915, and was killed in action 8 months later on the 27th July 1916 in the Battle of Delville Woods.
